AndR collects fan details through Form links and keeps them in the Fan List. Sending email happens in the team's own email tool. This guide covers the step between the two: finding the right fans, checking consent and exporting them.
Step 1: Open the Fan List
Go to Audience and open Fan List. The Fans table shows every fan with Fan, Email, Phone, Country and Consent. Fans who submitted a Form link land here automatically.
The list stays empty until the artist runs a Form link. Direct and Marquee links recognize visitors but do not collect contact details.
Step 2: Find the fans you need
Use Search & Filter to narrow the table, for example to fans from one country. Click a column header to sort by it.
Step 3: Group them in a list
The Lists panel on the right starts with All Fans. Click + to create a new list, such as everyone from the Antwerp presale, so the same group is ready next time.
Step 4: Check consent
Only email fans who agreed to receive marketing. On a Form link, that is the box fans tick under the email field, and the Consent column shows it in the Fan List.
Step 5: Export and import
Click Export to download the fans. Import the file into the artist's email tool and keep the consent information with each contact.
Step 6: Add fans by hand
Collected sign-ups somewhere else, such as on paper at the merch table? Click Add Fan to enter them so the Fan List stays complete.
Tips
Name Form links by source and date, such as antwerp-show-oct, so you know where each fan signed up.
Send the first message soon after sign-up, while the moment is fresh. See Email Welcome Sequence for Musicians.
